Marketing of ski lessons and other related services within the facility.
Presenting and explaining the ski services and offerings.
The delivery of ski consultation and induction sessions.
The delivery of ski lessons (individual & small group).
Reaching daily, weekly and monthly targets.
Basic sales related administration.
Deliver superior levels of service.
Customer retention and satisfaction.
Ensuring the facility is tidy, organised and clean at all times.
Assisting visitors with anything they need within the facility, and answering their questions regarding the facility itself and its services.
Assisting other departments including Sales, Marketing and Operations when required to maintain or improve operations within the company, or to aid in the achievement of the companies organisational objectives overall.
Expereince & Competencies:
Minimum of 2 years experience as a Ski Instructor.
Relevant Ski Instructor qualification.
Great organisation and proactivity, Great communication skills.
Friendly and approachable with an outgoing personality.
Cooperative, positive and optimistic.
Ability to enjoy working with a diverse range of people.
Able to project self confidence in own abilities.
Able to prioritise work, handle pressure and take confident day-to-day decisions.
Willingness to work unsociable hours.
Experience in GCC/Qatar is preferable.
Arabic proficiency is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: QAR4,000.00 – QAR5,000.00 per month
