Key Responsibilities
Connect with NRI clients and understand their property investment requirements.
Promote and sell premium Indian real estate projects.
Generate leads through networking, referrals, and client engagement.
Build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Conduct sales presentations and property consultations.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
Eligibility Criteria
Indian Nationals only.
Maximum age: 28 years.
Bachelor’s Degree (Graduation Mandatory).
Minimum 1 year of experience in Direct Sales or B2C Sales.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to achieve sales targets in a competitive environment.
