We are looking for a highly skilled Marine Agency Executive who can handle end to end agency work with a strong personality to oversee our ship agency in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have extensive maritime operations experience, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the maritime domain.
Responsibilities:
– Oversee and manage all aspects of marine operations, including vessel scheduling, port operations, and cargo handling.
· Agency Desk activities within include Ship Repairs, Port Services, Marine Services, Ship Survey, Anchorage Services, Cargo Handling, and Ship to Ship Services.
· Liaison with Port Authorities, Customs, Immigration and Coast Guards Departments as well as Key Suppliers and Vendors
– Prepare D/As and related reports with full monitoring to management
– Investigate and report port authority regulations.
Stay updated about the port authority regulations and guidelines.
– Handle any issues or emergencies that may arise during marine operations, taking prompt and effective action to resolve them with proper reporting to management.
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all marine operations activities and performance
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree
– minimum experience 3-5 years
– Sound knowledge on Agency works, customs, logistics, maritime regulations, in Sharjah , Fujairah, Jebel Ali , Dubai
– Excellent communication skills (English and Arabic) and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
– Good analytical skills and problem-solving skills, coupled with a hands-on approach
– Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Valid UAE driving license.

Pay: AED 5,000.00 – AED 6,000.00 per month
