As Customer Service Representative, you’ll provide product and service information, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include handling orders, purchases, complaints, errors, cancellations, and other queries, acting as a liaison between customers and the company.


  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • One year of work experience in a similar industry.
  • Presentable and pleasing personality.
  • Administrative skills, organizational ability, and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English.
  • Practical experience with MS Office Suite.


  • Project a professional and friendly company image, adhering to policies.
  • Provide both generic and specific product knowledge.
  • Translate and submit various forms to CRM headquarters for encoding.
  • Ensure customer awareness of Loyalty Programs and related CRM initiatives.
  • Attract potential customers by addressing inquiries and suggesting information.
  • Open and update customer accounts, ensuring data verification.
  • Resolve product or service issues by clarifying complaints and determining solutions.
  • Recommend products or services to management based on customer information and needs.
  • Prepare products or services by collecting and analyzing customer information.
  • Contribute to team efforts, accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Assist internal departments with required CRM support services.
  • Undertake any other customer service representative tasks assigned by the manager.
