As Customer Service Representative, you’ll provide product and service information, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include handling orders, purchases, complaints, errors, cancellations, and other queries, acting as a liaison between customers and the company.
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
One year of work experience in a similar industry.
Presentable and pleasing personality.
Administrative skills, organizational ability, and strong interpersonal skills.
Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English.
Practical experience with MS Office Suite.
Responsibilities:
Project a professional and friendly company image, adhering to policies.
Provide both generic and specific product knowledge.
Translate and submit various forms to CRM headquarters for encoding.
Ensure customer awareness of Loyalty Programs and related CRM initiatives.
Attract potential customers by addressing inquiries and suggesting information.
Open and update customer accounts, ensuring data verification.
Resolve product or service issues by clarifying complaints and determining solutions.
Recommend products or services to management based on customer information and needs.
Prepare products or services by collecting and analyzing customer information.
Contribute to team efforts, accomplishing related results as needed.
Assist internal departments with required CRM support services.
Undertake any other customer service representative tasks assigned by the manager.
