Job Description:

The Fifth Dimension School is seeking a dedicated and compassionate School Counselor to join our team. As a School Counselor, you will play a key role in supporting the academic, social, and emotional development of our students. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in counseling, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping students thrive.

Hiring School Counselor Requirements:

• Provide individual and group counseling to students to address academic, personal, and social issues.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to support the overall well-being of students.
• Conduct assessments to identify and address students’ needs and challenges.
• Develop and implement counseling programs that promote positive mental health and well-being.
• Assist students in setting and achieving academic and personal goals.
• Stay informed about current trends and best practices in school counseling.
• Bachelor’s degree in School Counseling or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport with students and create a supportive counseling environment.
• Experience in conducting assessments and developing intervention strategies.
• School-based experience and Bilingual proficiency preferred.
