• Requirements – Minimum 10 years of hands on experience in a team in a supervisory role where quality and delivery were a key aspect of the job, together with budgetary and service delivery’s full responsibilities, Or 10 years of experience in technical building services supervisory roles.

2. Plumbing Expert

• Requirements – Minimum 10 years of hands on experience in a team in a supervisory role where quality and delivery were a key aspect of the job, together with budgetary and service delivery’s full responsibilities, Or 10 years of experience in technical building services supervisory roles.

3. HVAC Expert

• Requirements – Minimum 10 years of hands on experience in a team in a supervisory role where quality and delivery were a key aspect of the job, together with budgetary and service delivery’s full responsibilities, Or 10 years of experience in technical building services supervisory roles.

4. Carpentry Works Expert

• Requirements – Minimum 10 years of hands on experience in a team in a supervisory role where quality and delivery were a key aspect of the job, together with budgetary and service delivery’s full responsibilities, Or 10 years of experience in technical building services supervisory roles.

5. Plumber (Maintenance Technician)

• Only candidates with relevant experience will be shortlisted and interviewed.
