Telemarketer & Customer Service Representative (Female)

We are looking for a Telemarketer and Customer Service Representative to join our team and help us grow our business. The ideal candidate will be able to generate leads, close sales, and provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Generate leads by cold-calling potential customers
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments for sales representatives
• Close sales by presenting products and services to customers
• Provide excellent customer service by answering customer questions and resolving issues

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of experience in telemarketing or customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong sales and customer service skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
