Store Manager
Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role as a Store Manager for one of our reputable and renowned Client in Qatar.
The ideal candidate can relate the following personal qualities:

- Endeavor to excellence at all times in all occasions & circumstances
- Outstanding leadership, problem solving and time management skills
- Positive, dynamic, flexible with “can do” attitude and hands-on approach
And the following professional background, experience, skills & abilities:
- Degree Education
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience as a Store/Boutique Manager in a luxury brand/s
- Strong IT skills of the POS software (RetailPro) or similar, Microsoft package, ability to build required reports
- Knowledge and ability to build SOPs for all daily activities of the stores
- Ability to provide on-job trainings’ for sales associates for sales techniques, customer service, etc.
- Deep knowledge of all in-store procedures: stock count, man management, cash collection, reconciliation, security, top level customer service etiquette, after sale assistance
- Eager to learn and develop further than current role is a plus for this role as well as easy understanding of the top management requests & inquiries
- Strong oral and written skills in Arabic and English
