Senior. Dy. Manager/ Mgr. Human Resource Key Skills:
- HRMS System Understanding
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS-Office, especially Excel & Powerpoint
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Working on Hire-to-retire HR processes.
- Onboarding activities for all new employees.
- Performing confirmation, transfer, exit, and other related actions.
- Maintaining statutory documentation for each employee.
- Managing employee records and updating salary entries/increment uploads; LTA entries; leave entries; organizational reporting changes; cost center changes; updating personnel information; etc.
- Coordinating PF transfers, Superannuation payments.
- Creating different letters: offer of employment, appointment, confirmation, transfer, experience certificates, relieving letters, bonafide certificates, salary certificates, etc.
- Addressing employee queries regarding policies, processes, benefits, etc.
- Performing and supporting retirement and voluntary separation activities.
- Time and leave management for all employees, tracking attendance and managing the Payroll at the company level.
- Exit process and policy and attrition analysis with exit interviews and ensuring a smooth FNF process.
- Monthly HR operations related MIS.
