Strong experience in SAP Solution Manager and specialization in Application Lifecycle management and Cloud ALM
Minimum one implementation experience in Focus Build implementation for a complex SAP landscape deployment
Production Support and resolution of Solution Manager issues on daily basis.
Experience in Solution Documentation Process Management
Working Knowledge on Application Operations such as System Monitoring, Application Monitoring, Interface Monitoring & Message Monitoring
Experience in Configuring SolDoc /Process management and extensive knowledge on customer needs/requirements and solutioning in Soldoc area
Strong functional knowledge Business process monitoring, Business process Change analyzer, Test Suite
Knowledge in System monitoring, BI Monitoring and monitoring dashboard configuration, Root Cause Analysis configuration.
Experience in setting up Change Request Management (ChaRM), Release management / ITSM scenarios.
Performance Optimization of Systems connected to Solman System.
Managed SAP Solman Implementation from top to bottom starting with change management and project planning, to physical transports of changes from the development environment into the productive environment.
Configure SOLMAN end to end monitoring on SAP systems.
Implement best practices on SOLMAN
Develop any custom monitoring on SAP ABAP and Hana DB
Documentation/brief on setups/configs to existing Basis team
Experience in Signavio is an added advantage.
Desired Skills and Experience:
8 or more years of experience managing SAP technologies as SolMan Consultant.
Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and proceed with objectives with minimum supervision.
Flexible to adapt with the Project timelines.
Ability to collaborate with other team members working remotely from various locations.
Must have strong technical foundation and strong problem-solving skills.
Proficient understanding of SAP technologies and applications.
