Has experience in site development infrastructure and the building industry or similar industry and has Health, safety, and Environment (HSE) experience on large projects and in coordinating with in-kingdom HSE organizations.
Safety Officer In Kuwait must be capable of:
Preparing HSE plans for infrastructure and building projects. Evaluating Workplace Safety compliance. Conducting safety Audit, generate audit report and ensure compliance with client Safety requirement. Conducting safety weekly meeting with contractor. Carrying out weekly safety leadership walkthrough tour. Reviewing HSE section of contractor weekly progress report.
Reviewing Contractor safety statics and manhours reported weekly. Reporting contractor and staff manhours monthly in Worley assurance system Ensure the PM0 HSE report within 7 days of receiving the report Preparing safety train matrix and training plan and monitor compliance. Reviewing contractor Method statement and Risk assessment and suggest additional control measures when required. Reviewing Contractor’s and subcontractor safety prequalification.
