Recruitment Business Development Job Overview:

We are actively searching for a dynamic and goal-oriented Recruitment Business Development Executive. This is a remote, part-time or full time opportunity. It offers an excellent commission only structure and is tailor-made for individuals with a solid background in business development within the recruitment sector. Your pivotal role will involve uncovering new business prospects, creating leads, and fostering client connections to contribute significantly to our expansion.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation:
    • Conduct comprehensive market research to pinpoint potential clients.
    • Employ various channels, such as online research, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms, for lead generation.
    • Establish and sustain a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Client Engagement:
    • Initiate contact with potential clients to comprehend their requirements and effectively showcase our suite of products/services.
    • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in utilizing LinkedIn for sales negotiator, along with experience in CRM and ATS.
  • Demonstrated comfort and enthusiasm for cold calling and email outreach.
  • Exceptional communication skills in the English language.
  • A minimum of 5 years of proven UAE experience in recruitment.
  • Proficiency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a definite advantage.
  • Immediate availability to join, coupled with the possession of your own visa.
