Real Estate Agent Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
• Provide information about real estate market trends and property values.
• Conduct property showings and tours for potential buyers.
• Market and advertise properties through various channels.
• Negotiate and facilitate real estate transactions.
• Prepare and review property contracts and agreements.
• Provide guidance and advice to clients throughout the process.
• Stay up-to-date with local real estate regulations and laws.
• Build and maintain a network of potential clients.
• Work with other real estate professionals, such as appraisers and mortgage brokers.

Requirements:

• Real estate license or certification (as per local regulations).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales and negotiation abilities.
• Knowledge of local real estate market conditions.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in paperwork.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Positive and proactive attitude towards client satisfaction.
• Prior experience in real estate sales is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
