Hiring Real Estate Agent.

• Location: Business Bay, Dubai, Uae
• Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
• Commission: Up To 80%

We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and motivated Real Estate Agent to join our growing sales team in Dubai.

Requirements::

• Minimum of two (2) years Dubai Real Estate Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Excellent communication skills, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with real estate laws and regulations in Dubai
• Knowledge of the local real estate market and current trends
• Ability to work independently and as part of the team
• Strong networking and marketing skills to find potential clients
• Excellent communication skills in ENGLISH is a must (additional advantage if you are Bilingual)
• Presentable
• Valid Driving License and own car (preferable)

Duties & Responsibilities:

• ·Actively seek out new clients through networking and marketing efforts
• Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing properties
• Prepare and present comparative market analysis reports to clients
• Guide clients through the negotiation process
• Attend property closings and oversee document signing
• Maintain and update listings of available properties
• Participate in active marketing initiatives and industry events
• Interview clients to determine their precise wants, needs, budgets and geographic limitations.
