Immediate Hiring for Quality Controller (Poultry Processing Plant)
Job Role:
The Quality Controller under our QA Team will be responsible for implementation and maintenance of quality and food safety systems on Chicken processing plant by identifying quality related issues and lead the development of continuous improvement plans, inspecting broiler for diseases and injuries at receiving and during process. Analyze and report quality trends to the organization while driving the plant objectives of quality, safety, productivity, customer satisfaction and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications/Requirements:
1-2 year of related experience a similar position / responsibility, preferably in a meat/poultry industry.
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree Veterinary Medicine (Attested degree)
Veterinary License preferred but not required
Good Knowledge in Quality, Food Safety Standards & terminologies
Food Safety training certifications
Experience in Quality Audit is added advantage
