We are looking for Production Team Leader.

As a Production Team Leader, you would be responsible for:

1. Overseeing the production process: You’ll be in charge of monitoring and managing the entire production process, ensuring that it runs smoothly and efficiently.

2. Coordinating and assigning tasks: You’ll assign tasks to team members, ensuring that everyone knows their responsibilities and deadlines. You’ll also coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless workflow.

3. Ensuring quality control: You’ll be responsible for maintaining high-quality standards throughout the production process. This includes conducting regular inspections, implementing quality control measures, and addressing any issues that arise.

4. Meeting production targets: You’ll work closely with the management team to set production targets and ensure that they are met. This may involve optimizing production schedules, managing resources effectively, and implementing strategies to increase productivity.

5. Training and evaluating team members: You’ll provide training and guidance to team members, helping them develop their skills and knowledge. You’ll also conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to help them improve.

6. Maintaining a safe working environment: You’ll ensure that safety protocols and procedures are followed at all times to create a safe working environment for all team members.

7. Implementing process improvements: You’ll continuously evaluate production processes and identify areas for improvement. You’ll work with the team to implement changes that enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and increase overall productivity.
