Job Description
Our business is looking for a talented and qualified Supply Chain Manager to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for all supply chain management duties including selecting carriers, researching shipping methods, assessing budgets, Contracts handling, and organizing storage.
The successful candidate must demonstrate strong attention to detail in order to oversee daily operations, procurement, oilfield management and logistics jobs. In addition to having excellent organizational skills, you should also possess in-depth knowledge of logistics, EPC Contracts, Supply Chain Management, Oil & Gas Experience and ERP system.
Job Responsibilities:
Handling Supplier Contract
Selecting suppliers and negotiating contracts
Planning and monitoring delivery schedules of POs
Monitoring shipping movement
Responding to any issues or complaints
Working with other departments to incorporate supply chain with company procedures and operations
Evaluating budgets and expenditures
Updating and evaluating metrics to assess performance and implement enhancements
Ensuring all operations adhere to laws, guidelines, and ISO requirements
Job Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or relevant field
A minimum of 7 years experience in a similar role (UAE Experience preferred)
Iraq Oilfield Contracts handling is a (Plus+) and countable experience
In-depth knowledge of Oil Field Operations
Solid understanding of Procurement, Logistics, Management Experience
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
