Seeking an experienced Onboarding Officer to manage and facilitate the seamless integration of our incoming medical staff. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of visa requirements, QVC, Philippines clearances, and the intricacies involved in coordinating travel and accommodation. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our medical professionals have a smooth transition into our institution, allowing them to focus entirely on delivering exceptional healthcare.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in onboarding, ideally within a hospital or healthcare setting.
• Strong understanding of visa processes, QVC requirements, and Philippines clearances.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
