Responsibilities:

  • Answer to calls
  • Manage printing & correspondence.
  • Organize supplies & equipment.
  • Maintain a tidy office.
  • Track attendance accurately.
  • Provide cross-department support.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in office management or admin roles.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Detail-focused & proactive.
  • Confidentiality handling.

Languages:

  • Fluent in English
  • Preferred to be good in Hindi, or Urdu, or Tagalog
