As a Mechanical Design Engineer, your main responsibilities involve designing and developing mechanical components, systems, and products. This includes conducting research and analysis to understand project requirements, creating detailed drawings and specifications using computer-aided design (CAD) software, and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as manufacturing, quality assurance, and project management.
You will be responsible for ensuring that designs meet technical and functional requirements, optimizing designs for cost and manufacturability, and conducting testing and validation to ensure product performance and safety. Additionally, you may be involved in troubleshooting and providing technical support during the manufacturing and assembly processes.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Experience in Designing of Mechanical systems for large scale Residential or Mixed use Developmental projects in the UAE
Minimum 7-10 years of experience working in the design of all Mechanical systems within a Consultancy in Dubai.
Awareness of all local authorities regulations and requirements in Dubai is mandatory.
