Required-Qatar. Maintenance & Admin- Banking Sector-(Arabic nationality)

Responsible for internal maintenance management.

• All service requests are completed in a timely manner, and correctly documented in line with the internal procedures.
• Support Projects & Property team in maintenance and in-house service activities
• Assistances in service related to governmental areas, sub-governmental authorities and related contractor’s work.
• Maintain inventory of related equipment’s and ample supplies.
• Coordinate delivery and work scheduled with internal resources, vendors, contractors, and Property Managers.

Maintenance & Admin- Banking Sector Details:

• Candidates required from Qatar
• Bachelor degree in Finance/Banking or equivalent
• Experience- Minimum 2 year in bank
• NOC or approved resignation/termination letter required for sponsorship change.
