Al Benaa Real Estate Investment PJSC is looking to hire an IT Support Specialist.
IT Support Specialist Responsibilities:
Install, configure, update, review, diagnostics and assess the functionality and efficiency of software and computer systems
Maintain and repair technological equipment.
Create and maintain accounts for new and existing users and assist login problems.
Troubleshoot and resolve software or hardware issues. Analyze logs to spot trends and potential issues.
Install well-functioning LAN/WAN, WiFI, Access Points and other networks.
Manage network components (servers, IPs, etc.).
Create records of repairs and fixes.
Provide technical support. Guide colleagues or clients thru the process to resolve technical problems in a timely manner using available resources within the company.
Maintain procedures that provide technical support to the entire organization.
Test, evaluate and research decisions about new technology for the business.
Monitor security certificates and company compliance of requirements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field (or equivalent work experience).
Proven 2 to 3 years experience as an IT Specialist or similar role.
Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and networking technologies.
