Required IT Support Engineer.

  • Hands-on experience with Windows OS environments.
  • Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products.
  • Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software.
  • Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal.
  • Additional certification in Microsoft, Cisco, VMware or similar technologies is a plus.
  • Troubleshoot computer peripheral devices: printers, scanners, MDF, monitors, keyboard.
  • Setup and install computers for new hire onboarding’s.
  • Experienced in troubleshoot issues on end user computing devices, including desktops, laptops.
  • History of working in an Active Directory domain environment.
  • Proficient at software installs and troubleshooting.

Language : Fluent in English speaking is a must. Good at communication and presentation.
