Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, HR, Legal or related is preferred.
• Required any certification/license: CIPD, HRCI, SHRM
• Develop and implement departmental programs and frameworks in alignment with HR strategy and business objectives
• Development of the section’s policies and procedures and provide interpretation to staff.
• Advanced level in English and Arabic
