HR Manager Opportunity – Theme Arcade Park Dubai.

Currently working with a leading entertainment company known for its theme arcade park. They’re looking to hire a HR Manager to oversee talent acquisition, induction, payroll, performance management, compliance, grievance handling, staff welfare, and MIS reporting, ensuring a thriving workforce.

An Ideal Candidate should have -:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• Proven HR management experience.
• Knowledge of UAE labor laws.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office.
