HR Manager

• Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources or a related field.
• Experience: 10 years of relevant experience in training, investigation, promotions, employee relations, etc.
• Nationality: Qatari National or Expatriate.

Requirements:

• Oversee and manage the human resources department, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Develop and implement HR policies, labour law and procedures in line with local regulations and best practices.
• Lead training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and performance.
• Conduct thorough investigations into employee relations issues and implement appropriate resolutions.
