• Recruite and hire new employees, conducting interviews, and managing the onboarding process.
• Handle employee relations, including addressing conflicts and ensuring a positive work environment.
• Develop and enforce company policies, handle performance evaluations, and oversee employee benefits and compensation.
• Play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Basic Detailes:

• Location: Dubai
• Experience: 15+ years.
• Must have UAE experience and should be currently based in UAE.
