Eco Drive Driving Institute is hiring HR Generalist.
Are you an experienced HR professional with a strong background in HR operations, recruitment, and payroll? We’re looking for an HR Generalist. to join our dynamic team in Dubai Industrial City, Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment and Staffing: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, collaborate with hiring managers, and build relationships with recruitment agencies and job portals.
2. HR Operations: Oversee day-to-day HR operations, ensure compliance, and manage employee data confidentially.
3. Payroll and Benefits: Handle end-to-end payroll, administer benefits, and assist with benefits enrollment.
4. Employee Relations: Address employee inquiries and support conflict resolution in line with company policies and UAE labor laws.
5. Compliance and Reporting: Maintain adherence to labor laws and regulations, and prepare required reports.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or related field.
Minimum 3 years of UAE HR Generalist experience.
Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws.
Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Proactive, results-driven, and HR certification is a plus.
