Experience: from 5 to 8 Years of Experience.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews
• Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including conducting orientation sessions and exit interviews
• Responsible for training and orientations for the new hiring
• Manage all related payroll and personnel activities
• Solid experience in UAE is a must, experience in the GCC is a plus
• Experience in Jewelry & Gold industry is a plus
