Hiring Secretary Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the team
- Welcome clients with a friendly and professional demeanor and offer them coffee options and ensure their preferences are met.
- Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, and meetings.
- Handle incoming calls and emails, directing them appropriately.
- Assist in preparing documents, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain office organization and efficiency.
- Perform general clerical tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a secretary or administrative assistant.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Can speak English and Arabic
