Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and professional Receptionist cum Personal Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the front desk, providing administrative support to HR, calendar management of MD.
Front Desk Management:
Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Provide administrative assistance to HR & senior management as required.
Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments.
Prepare documents, reports, and correspondence.
Manage and maintain calendars, making sure all appointments are well-organized.
Assist in booking travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and transportation.
Prepare travel itineraries and ensure all necessary documents are in order.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree; additional qualifications as a secretary or administrative assistant will be a plus.
Proven experience in a similar role as a receptionist and/or personal assistant.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with office equipment (e.g., printers, copiers, fax machines).
