We have an opening for the below position one of the client based in Qatar. Head of Sales (Sales & Marketing)

Head of Sales Responsibilities:

  • Team leadership: They provide guidance, support, and motivation to the sales team, ensuring that they have the necessary resources and skills to achieve their targets.
  • Sales strategy: They develop and implement sales strategies to meet the company’s sales goals and objectives. This includes identifying target markets, setting sales targets, and creating plans to reach potential customers.
  • Relationship building: They build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders, fostering long-term partnerships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Performance monitoring: They track and analyze sales data, monitoring the performance of the sales team and individual sales representatives. They provide feedback and coaching to improve sales performance.
  • Market research: They stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. This helps them identify new opportunities and make informed decisions to stay ahead in the market.
  • Collaboration: They work closely with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Reporting: They prepare regular sales reports and present them to senior management, providing insights into sales performance, market trends, and revenue forecasts.
