• Minimum of 2 to 5 years working experience in a reputable 4 Star Hotels & Resorts,
• Fine Dining Restaurants & Cuisine establishment or a culinary institute
• Basic English Speaking skills.
• Proficient in Indian Cuisine: Continental / Italian, Arabic dishes /Tandoor in particular.
• 9 hours duty / OT applicable / duty meal / accommodation & transportation by company.
