We are seeking a qualified and experienced Finance Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our finance department, the Finance Manager will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing financial activities related to our logistics operations.

Job Title: Finance Manager
Location: Amman-Jordan ( With occasional travel to Saudi Arabia)


  • Financial Planning and Analysis:
    • Develop and maintain financial models to analyze revenues & costs, identify trends, and provide insights for decision-making.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop budgets, forecasts, and financial plans related to Group operations.
  • Cost Management:
    • Monitor and control cost, identifying cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements.
    • Conduct regular cost variance analysis and provide recommendations for cost optimization.
  • Financial Reporting:
    • Prepare and present financial reports for group operations to senior management.
    • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Process Improvement:
    • Identify areas for process improvement within the finance function and collaborate with stakeholders to implement changes.
    • Streamline financial processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Risk Management:
    • Assess financial risks associated with Group operations and develop strategies to mitigate potential challenges.
    • Implement risk management practices to safeguard financial assets.


  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or relevant professional certification (e.g., CMA, CPA) is a plus.
  • Proven experience in finance, (minimum 5 years in a financial management role) with a focus on logistics or supply chain management.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Capability to undertake necessary travel for work purposes.
