We are seeking a qualified and experienced Finance Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our finance department, the Finance Manager will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing financial activities related to our logistics operations.
Job Title: Finance Manager
Location: Amman-Jordan ( With occasional travel to Saudi Arabia)
Responsibilities:
Financial Planning and Analysis:
Develop and maintain financial models to analyze revenues & costs, identify trends, and provide insights for decision-making.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop budgets, forecasts, and financial plans related to Group operations.
Cost Management:
Monitor and control cost, identifying cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements.
Conduct regular cost variance analysis and provide recommendations for cost optimization.
Financial Reporting:
Prepare and present financial reports for group operations to senior management.
Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with relevant regulatory requirements.
Process Improvement:
Identify areas for process improvement within the finance function and collaborate with stakeholders to implement changes.
Streamline financial processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Risk Management:
Assess financial risks associated with Group operations and develop strategies to mitigate potential challenges.
Implement risk management practices to safeguard financial assets.
Qualifications:
Bachelorโs degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or relevant professional certification (e.g., CMA, CPA) is a plus.
Proven experience in finance, (minimum 5 years in a financial management role) with a focus on logistics or supply chain management.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Capability to undertake necessary travel for work purposes.
