She will be responsible for handling client queries and concerns professionally via phone, or in person. Coordinate with sales, marketing, and operations teams.
Maintain client communication logs. Assist in handling customer complaints and ensure satisfaction
Experience in real estate customer care or client servicing is a must
Strong verbal communication skills.
Fluent in English, Arabic, or other languages is a plus.
