Contracts Specialist.

Responsibilities & Requirements:

• 12 years’ post-graduate experience in major infrastructure Projects or programs.
• Preference will be given to Drainage Pipeline, Wastewater Treatment Plants and Pumping Stations, TSE Pipelines, Surface Ground Water Systems, Underground Services and Civil Structures related experience.
• Experience in contract formation and administration
• Sound knowledge of different contract forms, e.g. FIDIC
• Commercial claims and advisory services
• Bachelor’s degree from a recognised University in an appropriate field such as Project Management, Commercial Management, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills in English, written and spoken
• Professionally qualified in MRICS or equivalent is preferable
• Master’s degree in a relevant field
