Microsoft Azure Infrastructure Management: Cloud administrators manage cloud-based infrastructure, including virtual machines, storage solutions, and networking components. They ensure that the infrastructure is optimized for the cloud and that it meets the organization’s requirements.
Microsoft Azure Infrastructure Monitoring: Cloud administrators monitor the performance of cloud-based infrastructure, diagnosing and troubleshooting issues, and making necessary changes to optimize system performance.
Security and Compliance: Cloud administrators ensure that cloud-based infrastructure meets security and compliance requirements. They work with IT security and compliance teams to implement security and compliance controls and ensure that they are being followed.
Collaborate with IT Teams: Cloud administrators work closely with other IT teams, including developers, operations, and security teams. They collaborate with these teams to ensure that cloud-based infrastructure meets the organization’s requirements and can support its goals.
Planning and executing disaster recovery procedures in case of a disaster such as a fire or flood to ensure that business operations can be restored quickly, creating managing all backup copies of data to protect it from loss due to system failure or human error.
Qualifications and skills:
5+ years of experience in System Administrator roles.
3+ years of experience in Microsoft Azure cloud Administrator.
Microsoft Certified in the required fields. Bachelor’s in computer science.
