CE Regional Technical Center Head Job Responsibilities:-

• Lead:- Technical center technicians, senior technicians, chief technicians, planners.
• Lead technician center Operations related to the repair of CE products to deliver Customer satisfaction, KPIs achievement, cost control, and Organization Building (People, Process, and infrastructure) globally.
• Lead a group of technically and managerially skilled technicians to achieve the objectives of the regional technical center and stores.

Requirements:-

• Bachelor’s degree is a must.
• Arabic and English Proficiency.
• Solid Technical Background in the related service industry (Consumer electronics, home appliances, small appliances, white goods …etc.)
• Excellent organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
