Role of Business Development/ Key Account Executive.

• Location – Dubai, UAE.
• Salary – AED 6K – AED 7K + Incentives (Based on experience)

Experience –
Minimum 2 years’ experience in Business Development with Manpower/ Outsourcing/ On Demand  Labor Supply industry in UAE – Blue & White Collar

Requirements –

• Adaptability of dynamic work environment
• Track records in growing business
• Strong client relationship management skills
• Excellent people skills.
• Well-versed with relevant industry practices.
• UAE Driving License

Job Role-

• Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
• Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
• Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
•  Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
• Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
• Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
• Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
• Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
