We are seeking a Business Development Executive.

Job Description:

• Establishing contracts with selected clients and managing client databases.
• Maintaining confidentiality to protect the organization’s value.
• Negotiating and finalizing new business deals, integrating contract requirements with business operations.
• Identifying innovative ideas by researching industry events, publications, and individual contributors.
• Strategically planning to develop the pipeline of new business for the company.
• Building relationships with new clients, setting sales targets, and providing ongoing support to improve the relationship.
• Enhancing the organization’s reputation by taking ownership of new requests and seeking opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Criteria:

• Industry:- Recruitment (inside sales)
• Location:- Remote
• Experince:- Min 6 months
• Salary:- Max 3 Ipa

Skillset:-

• Negotiation Skills
• Fluent in English ( mandatory)
