About the Role:
As a Business Development Executive at Brand Cast Solution, you’ll be instrumental in fueling our business growth and expanding our clientele. Your role revolves around nurturing client relationships, understanding their unique needs, and offering tailored digital marketing solutions.
Client Relationship Management:
– Coordinate regularly with clients to ensure timely delivery of communication tasks.
– Demonstrate a profound understanding of our products and services to effectively convey their benefits.
– Thoroughly study and comprehend all facets of the media, products, and services offered.
Sales and Business Development:
– Develop and execute sales plans to surpass monthly and quarterly sales targets.
– Identify and target potential clients through meticulous research and lead generation.
– Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective clients, utilizing provided data and resources efficiently.
– Leverage exceptional communication and negotiation skills to convert meetings into successful sales.
– Actively seek new sales opportunities via sales calls, cold calling, direct emails, networking, and social media.
– Drive company sales by acquiring new clients and upselling additional offerings to existing clients.
– Generate revenue by identifying pain points and proposing suitable products or services.
Documentation and Reporting:
– Maintain and update sales, marketing, and business development documentation.
– Deliver weekly and monthly reports on sales activities, lead generation, and goal achievement.
– Set monthly and weekly goals and ensure compliance with reporting requirements.
– Manage and anticipate existing and potential communication needs of clients.
– Effectively handle projects/accounts and address clients’ requirements promptly.
Market Awareness and Trends:
– Identify emerging trends and industry requirements to align with organizational objectives and profitability norms.
