Responsibilities:
Oversee overall operations, growth, and profitability.
Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and stakeholders.
Manage center operations, academic programs, faculty, and student enrollment.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve enrollment targets.
Monitor student performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
Conduct regular meetings with faculty and staff.
Prepare reports on key performance metrics.
Stay updated with industry trends and competition.
Desired Profile:
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
Proven experience as a Branch Manager or similar leadership role.
Strong understanding of the coaching and education sector.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
EdTech background preferred.
