Responsibilities of Area Manager:
The Area Manager is mainly responsible to manage two to six stores, controlling QSC, increasing sales through local stores marketing, monitoring P&L to minimize food cost & variables, ensuring total compliance with Company
Standard Operating Procedures.
Reviews and analyzes sales, compares them, finds reasons for increase or decrease and writes a report with an action plan on how to improve.
Monitors daily sales performance and compare figures analysis.
Reviews all training records, ensures that all restaurants and their related departments have the proper training materials and plans an annual training calendar as well following implementation.
Completes daily, weekly & monthly schedule of tasks, activities, programs, and initiatives.
Monitors, maintains and improves QSC (Quality Standard Check) in his restaurants and follows up corrective actions with the Unit Manager.

Proven experience in a multi-unit management role in the food industry
Strong leadership and team-building skills
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
A passion for customer service and a keen eye for quality
Outstanding communication and organizational skills
