Description
As an Agent Airport Services, you will be responsible for assisting passengers with check-in, baggage handling, and ensuring compliance with airport regulations. Your friendly and professional demeanor, along with your excellent customer service skills, will contribute to the overall satisfaction of our passengers.
Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist passengers during the check-in process.
Handle baggage drop-off and provide baggage assistance.
Ensure proper boarding procedures and flight announcements.
Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking from aircraft.
Address passenger inquiries and resolve any travel-related issues.
Qualifications and Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in aviation is a plus.
Proven experience as an Airport Services Agent or in customer service roles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle passenger inquiries effectively.
Detail-oriented with accurate data entry and record-keeping.
Empathetic and patient, with a customer-centric approach.
Proficiency in using airport systems and technology.
Familiarity with airport operations and procedures is advantageous.
Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
