Job Responsibilties:
Will be responsible about all the administration tasks for all clients
Prepare reports, memos, letters, financial documents, presentations and any other documents.
Provide a bridge for smooth communication between internal departments and act as a liaison between the
organization and other external parties as assigned
Log or process bills or expenses
Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos, and forms.
Welcoming any guest and do the necessary actions
Coordinate with all departments to facilitate work procedures
Organize meetings and conferences
In charge of Filing procedures for soft/ hard copies
Coordinate and schedule meetings and conferences
Organize and schedule appointments
Book travel arrangements
Receive Phone calls and respond accordingly
Administration Specialist Job Requirements
Females and maximum 30 years
Graduated from French school
Monthly salary 12000 Net in addition to other benefits
Company location Fifth settlement
Education: Relevant Bachelor Degree, preferable English major.
