Pro Grow Egypt human resource consultation is hiring to one of its clients in the field of pharmaceuticals the following job vacancy. Administration Specialist French speaking.

Job Responsibilties:

  • Will be responsible about all the administration tasks for all clients
  • Prepare reports, memos, letters, financial documents, presentations and any other documents.
  • Provide a bridge for smooth communication between internal departments and act as a liaison between the
  • organization and other external parties as assigned
  • Log or process bills or expenses
  • Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos, and forms.
  • Welcoming any guest and do the necessary actions
  • Coordinate with all departments to facilitate work procedures
  • Organize meetings and conferences
  • In charge of Filing procedures for soft/ hard copies
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings and conferences
  • Organize and schedule appointments
  • Book travel arrangements
  • Receive Phone calls and respond accordingly

Administration Specialist Job Requirements

  • Females and maximum 30 years
  • Graduated from French school
  • Monthly salary 12000 Net in addition to other benefits
  • Company location Fifth settlement
  • Education: Relevant Bachelor Degree, preferable English major.
  • Language: Excellent English Language proficiency.
  • Computer: Excellent Computer skills proficiency.
  • Years of Experience: 2-5 years of experience.
