Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of restaurants, cafés, and food service outlets.
- Monitor operational performance and implement strategies to improve efficiency and profitability.
- Lead, coach, and develop outlet managers, supervisors, and frontline staff.
- Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality customer service across all locations.
- Maintain company standards related to food quality, hygiene, safety, and operational procedures.
- Analyze business performance reports and recommend improvements.
- Coordinate staffing requirements, employee scheduling, and workforce planning.
- Support business growth initiatives and operational expansion projects.
- Handle customer feedback and ensure prompt resolution of service-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the Food & Beverage sector.
- At least 2 years of experience in a managerial or leadership position.
- Experience managing multiple outlets or large-scale restaurant operations is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant management, customer service, and operational best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and results-driven environment.
