Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of restaurants, cafés, and food service outlets.
  • Monitor operational performance and implement strategies to improve efficiency and profitability.
  • Lead, coach, and develop outlet managers, supervisors, and frontline staff.
  • Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality customer service across all locations.
  • Maintain company standards related to food quality, hygiene, safety, and operational procedures.
  • Analyze business performance reports and recommend improvements.
  • Coordinate staffing requirements, employee scheduling, and workforce planning.
  • Support business growth initiatives and operational expansion projects.
  • Handle customer feedback and ensure prompt resolution of service-related issues.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the Food & Beverage sector.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a managerial or leadership position.
  • Experience managing multiple outlets or large-scale restaurant operations is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of restaurant management, customer service, and operational best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and results-driven environment.
