We are looking for an IT Support (L1) professional to join our team in Qatar.
Requirements:
1 to 2 years of IT support experience in Qatar
Good knowledge of networking and troubleshooting
Experience with shared folder access, permissions, and file sharing
Ability to support users with day to day IT issues
Experience handling network scanning issues and basic printer support
Strong problem solving and communication skills
Role Responsibilities:
Provide Level 1 IT support to users
Troubleshoot network, scanning, and shared folder related issues
Assist users with system and access related problems
Coordinate and escalate issues when required
