Senior Architectural Technical Office Engineer
(with 5-10 years of experience in technical office)

Requirements
• Professional degree in Architecture.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Word, Photoshop, Revit is a plus, and software knowledge is an asset.
• Proven experience with working drawings and details.
• Knowledge of design standards, local codes and government regulations for Kuwait & Qatar is a plus with a focus on luxury residential projects.
• Time Management Skills and Ability to meet tight deadlines.
Responsibilities
Responsible for the production, completion and issuing of design development, tender & construction documents of one or more projects.
Coordination between architectural drawings and drawings of other disciplines (structure, electro-mechanical)
Responsible for leading the team of architects working on a project including assigning their tasks and managing their time.
Responsible for assuring the implementation of company quality procedures & standards by all reporting team members.
Research design standards and building codes & regulations.
Responsible for developing work plans & time schedules for the project’s deliverables.
