Social Media Specialist & Content Creator Essential Duties:
Will be responsible for managing social media interactions, assisting the Group’s Marketing Department with content creation, preparing reports, and coordinating various marketing activities.
Collaborate with the Group Marketing Department to gather requirements for content, videography, and photography needs.
Respond to messages, comments, and inquiries on social media platforms promptly and professionally. Address customer questions and concerns effectively and maintain a positive online reputation.
Qualifications:
With minimum 3 years of experience in Hospital / Healthcare sector.
